Due to the rising costs of operating our truck fleet we will be implementing a $10 delivery fee for all orders delivering on RamSteelco trucks starting February 1st, 2025.

We appreciate your understanding and continued partnership as we work to maintain the quality and reliability of our services.

Why Ram Steelco?

Ram Steelco is a locally owned business with a long heritage of providing metal products and processing services to the mid-valley and surrounding regions. Originally founded in 1938 as Salem Steel & Supply, the business operated for many years from a single location in West Salem. The business changed to new ownership in the early 1980’s and was re- named Ram Steel. Over the years, many new inventory items and processing services were added, and the company underwent further expansion with the acquisition of the assets of Steelco in 2006. The companies were combined under the name Ram Steelco, which currently operates with warehouse and processing services at three locations- West Salem, South Salem, and Albany. We are greatly appreciative of our many years of serving our customers. As one of the few remaining locally owned metal service centers, we pride ourselves on our unique ability to modify our product mix quickly and adjust our processing capabilities based on customer demand. Our on-going commitment to outstanding quality and superior customer service make Ram Steelco the area’s preferred provider.
